Nominations must be made by the direct Head or equivalent of the nominee (academic staff member). Any submissions outside of this scope will not be considered.

Important: 

  • Please note that this is only the initial step—your formal nomination in Academic Portfolio must be completed by September 30. 
  • People and Culture will review your intent to nominate and initiate a case in Academic Portfolio, where you will be required to complete and submit your recommendation for consideration. 
  • You will receive an automated email notification once the case has been created, and we encourage you to submit your nomination as promptly as possible. 
  • All nomination materials must be finalized by September 30 to ensure timely delivery to the appropriate reviewers and leadership.
